Yale Cleaners iPhone App Overview
Yale Cleaners introduces their new iPhone App, featuring Extra Care and a fresh redesign. The app provides real-time access to your Yale Cleaners account, offering features such as Extra Care, On My Way, Dash Delivery, order status updates, electronic receipts, paperless coupons, My Closet with garment photos, customer feedback center, a list of services, interactive map of locations, and account information and preferences.
Extra Care is a free service allowing customers to specify garment handling instructions. Paperless coupons are now available, loaded onto the app monthly for easy redemption. My Closet feature helps track wardrobe items with garment photos. Order status tracking and a customer feedback center for direct communication with Yale Cleaners are also included.
